1. How can I get price list?

All prices for our produts are negotiable and determined only by your Order quantity, the more you order, the lower prices you will get. To get your special quotation, Please place on purchase plan the items you are interested, and submit the orders via your email, and Our Sales Dept.will get back to you with the quotation according to your Order quantity, You can also add our msn and skype for real time communication.

2. Whats the minimum order? Can I order a piece sample?

Our minimum order is 50 pieces. Yes, you are welcome to order a piece as sample before placing order,We do not mind to start the business from minimum order even 1 piece.

3. When and how can I check on my order status?

Normaly, after 3days you can trace your package.

4. How will the products be shipped? How long until I receive my products?

Your order will be processed within 1-2 days upon receiving your payment. Shipping is made via either UPS,DHL,EMS, or TNT express. We will provide you with tracking number via e-mail once your products were shipped. It usually takes 7 - 8 business days to receive your order.Sometimes the orders are delivered faster. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.

5. Do you ship to International locations (any country )?

Yes. We currently ship to many other international locations.

6. Are all Items on web available?

Most of the items are all available and can be shipped in 2 day after payment. But due to the numerous orders we handled every day, some of them will be out of stock sometimes.

7. Can you reserve a product for me until I can pay for it?

Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it to us and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we have not received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
